How do I vouch for or post a worker?
Tap “Vouch for Someone” (or Post a Worker). Add their name, trade, city, and contact number, then write a short story about your experience and give a star rating. A worker only appears on Good Word once someone vouches for them — and you confirm the worker gave permission to be listed.
How do bookings work?
Send a booking request from a worker’s profile. They accept or decline, and once the job is done it’s marked complete. Each booking has its own chat thread so you can message back and forth, and you can see everything in Bookings (list or calendar view).
How do I reveal a worker’s contact number?
Open a worker’s profile and tap to reveal their contact. To protect workers from spam, there’s a daily limit on how many new numbers you can reveal — re-opening one you’ve already revealed is always free.
What do the trust badges mean?
“Verified booking” marks a review tied to a real completed booking. “Background-Verified” and the “Pro” badge are granted by our team. More vouches over time build a worker’s track record.
Can a worker manage their own listing?
Yes. On their profile they can tap “Is this you? Claim this profile” and verify the listed phone number with a one-time code. Once claimed, they can manage their rate, bio, availability, and bookings.
Something looks wrong — how do I report it?
Every listing has a Report option. Reports are signals to our moderators, who review and can hide a listing if needed. You can also use the Feedback button (bottom-right) to tell us anything.
